Our search for a caravan ended when we visited Caravan Imports and saw a well-presented Abbey Freestyle 480 which had all the features we were searching for. Being newbies to caravanning, we appreciated Shaun's comprehensive explanations and patience in dealing with all our questions. There was never any sense of sales pressure, just genuine advice from a well-experienced caravan enthusiast. We are now having a lot of fun assembling our soft furnishings and kitchenware ready to take it for its maiden NZ trip. We went to spend a few days at the Mount to try out our new caravan. Everything worked beautifully. I must say that you spent a lot of time explaining all the workings of the caravan before the van left the shop. We also knew we could phone you if we had any problem, it made us feel very confident.
It was like staying in a five stat hotel. We love our new van.

Bought our first caravan and couldn't be happier. The after service has been absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for Shaun or Troy, they have helped us soooooo much with our first trips away and we have had awesome holidays. The caravan has been trouble free for two seniors in their prime of life. A Great Buy and a Great Service from Caravan Imports.

 Home from OZ we shopped around NZ looking for a suitable caravan.

A lot appeared overpriced for their condition and age or didn’t suit our purpose.

Shaun and Troy at Caravan Imports were very helpful and gave us a great deal on a Bailey Endeavour. Nothing was too much trouble and they fitted the power drivers on the wheels very promptly and at a very competitive price. They replaced a defective jockey wheel free of charge and gave us a lot of useful information on self containment requirements. For anyone buying or upgrading a caravan we would certainly recommend a look at Caravan Imports.
